These Terms of Service govern your use of the Afterlife platform operated by AL Experiences and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility
Afterlife is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have completed KYC verification. Access is currently invite-only and requires a valid invite code.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Permitted Use
The platform is intended for personal succession planning, document storage, and legacy management. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content, documents, and information you store on Afterlife. We do not claim any rights over your content. Our zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot access your encrypted data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
Afterlife is a digital organisation and delivery platform. We do not provide financial, legal, or succession advice. Always consult qualified professionals for specific financial or legal decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on information stored on or delivered through our platform.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be securely deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
