AL Experiences and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Afterlife") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
One-Time Lifetime Access
Afterlife offers lifetime access for a one-time payment of ₹7,999 + GST. This payment grants you permanent access to all core features including Digital Vault, Digital Will, Claim Assistance, and the AI Legacy Assistant.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment under the following conditions:
- You have not uploaded any documents or created any vault entries
- You have not added any trusted contacts
- The request is made via email to support@myafterlife.in
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
- The account has been actively used (documents uploaded, vault entries created)
- Ancillary services (pay-as-you-use) that have already been delivered
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@myafterlife.in with your registered email address and payment reference. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
